VISIONAIR WARRANTY
Visionair luggage has been vigorously tested to meet stringent standards. It is covered by a three year limited warranty that applies to first purchasers of the product. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. It does NOT cover neglect, accidents, abrasions, extreme temperature, solvents, acids, water, or wear and tear. It also does NOT cover airline or common carrier damage, and you should make an immediate claim with the carrier if your luggage is damaged. Airlines and cruiselines as well as taxi services do carry insurance to cover these damages.
