Thule Luggage, Bags and Cases have a 25 year quality guarantee
Thule products purchased between 1/1/01 and 12/31/05 had a 5 year warranty and prior to 2001 had a 3 year warranty.
If you feel that you have a warranty issue that is due to a manufacturing defect, we advise that you visit the closest Thule dealer for a warranty inspection. At that point they will determine if the product failed due to a defect and therefore is a warranty issue, and can initiate a solution based on that determination.
