International Traveler Luggage Warranty

International Traveler or IT luggage has a five year limited warranty. You will need proof of purchase. If you made your purchase at www.luggageontheweb.com we can furnish you with a duplicate receipt. This limited warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. It does not cover wear and tear, abuse or misuse. It does not cover airline damage or any damage by a common carrier (cruiselines, taxis, etc.) You should always look your bag over at baggage carousels, and make an immediate claim.
