Simply put if your bag is ever broken or damaged, they will repair it free of charge, no proof of purchase needed and no questions asked.

Each Hontus product is made with extremely high quality materials. Their innovative designs are created using superior construction techniques they have invested years in developing. Each product goes through rigorous testing to insure it meets their uncompromising quality standards. Hontus' commitment to excellence is backed by their lifetime warranty.

Should any functional element of your bag be compromised, their lifetime warranty covers the repair of your Hontus bag. Their warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, superficial damage, damage of contents or cleaning of the bag. They are not responsible for lost/ stolen bags and/ or its contents.

If your bag or its contents are damaged by an airline and you wish to hold them responsible, they suggest to file a claim with the carrier before leaving the airport.

Hontus will continually strive to return your bag as close to its original condition as possible. However, due to the nature of certain repairs and/or circumstances out of their control, this is not always achievable. In the rare event the identical replacement part needed is unavailable to them, they will use the best / closest matching alternative.

Return shipping is complimentary but you are responsible for the cost of shipping your bag to them.

Should you prefer to make the repair yourself, give them a call or send a detailed request and they will ship the necessary parts right to your door.
