Aleon luggage has a 10 year Worry Free Warranty. If your Aleon luggage is damaged, it will repaired or replaced at their option, by Aleon Case Luggage. This includes airline damage or common carrier damage, should it occur. When you purchase Aleon Luggage, register it immediately on line at: Aleoncase.com/pages/warranty-registration. You can call Aleon with any questions @ 530-231-5581. There is a warranty registration card inside each piece of Aleon. Fill out the card and keep it with your luggage receipt as they are required. After 10 years, Aleon has a limited warranty for manufacturing defects that is covered for the life of the product. If your Aleon Luggage is damaged, fill out a repair form at: aleoncase.com/pages/request-repair. Aleon Luggage has global repair facilities to assist you. Aleon is made of aluminum which is the most durable and long-lasting material that luggage and cases can be made of. Aleon cases are designed and produced to offer the highest level of protection for your belongings. Aluminum by its' nature is subject to scratches, dents and dings, however it will not crack, split, puncture or otherwise compromise its contents and therefore scratches, dents and dings are not covered by this warranty.
