Vera Bradley Luggage Warranty

Vera Bradley new rolling luggage in Boysenberry or Vera Vera Black has a five year limited warranty. The newest of the Vera Bradley rolling bags have a different warranty than the old "yellowbird", "java blue", etc. Vera Bradley warranties their rolling products to the original consumer or gift recipient. The warranty is coverage against defects in material or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase. If there is a malfunction caused by a manufacturing defect, Vera Bradley will repair or replace the item at their option. The warranty is limited to manufacturing defects and does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, improper care, normal wear and tear and damage caused by airlines or other carriers. Always make a claim immediately with the carrier when your bag is damaged, as this damage is not covered. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for a warranty repair. Vera Bradley will only take care of warranty repairs, and will not do other types of repairs. You will need to fill out their warranty evaluation form that can be found at www.verabradley.com.
