Titan Luggage Warranty

The new Titan luggage is made in Germany. It has a Lifetime Limited Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in workmanship, material and mechanical or structural failure for the life of the product. Titan will at their expense repair or provide a comparable replacement for products that have such defects. The Titan luggage warranty does not cover accidents, abuse or neglect or using the product in a manner for which it was not designed. It does not cover exposure to extreme heat or cold. Damage to the product by a third party such as an airline or other transport agent is not covered under this warranty. Cosmetic wear including dirt, abrasions and scrapes are not covered under the warranty. Titan is not responsible for lost or stolen bags and expressly disclaims responsibility for consequential or incidental damages resulting from any defective product.
