This warranty is applicable to the first purchaser or receiver of a gift only. Samsonite Premier, Samsonite L.I.F.T., and Samsonite Silhouette 12 hardside and softside luggage are covered by a ten year warranty. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse or abuse, negligence, accidents, abrasions, exposure to solvents or acids, water, normal wear and tear, or transportation damages. The warranty does not cover airline, cruiseline, busline, etc., damage. Warranty repairs must be done at a Samsonite
Service Center. Samsonite suggests all repairs whether covered under warranty or not be done by an authorized warranty center. You will responsible for shipping costs.
