London Fog Luggage Warranty

London fog luggage carries a Ten Year Limited Warranty. This warranty covers the luggage to be guaranteed to the original user for ten years against manufacturing defects. The bag will be repaired or replaced without a charge at the option of London Fog luggage. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear and tear, or damage due to abuse or improper handling. It is the responsibility of the user to make a claim when luggage is damaged by a common carrier such as an airline or cruiseline. The claim should be made immediately to the carrier as this damage is not covered by the London fog warranty.
