Kenneth Cole Luggage Warranty

Kenneth Cole luggage has a lifetime limited warranty. Heritage Products guarantee's the products workmanship and materials for a lifetime. Should a problem arise, you'll need to return the product to Heritage Products for a repair or replacement, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The warranty is not unconditional, but limited. It does not cover product damage that is the result of abuse, normal wear and tear, or damage by a common carrier, such as an airline or cruiseline. The warranty excludes damage to produce contents due to the failure of the product. It is the right of Heritage Travelware to repair or replace.
