Izod Luggage Warranty

Izod luggage has been built with integrity and attention to detail to give you many years of travel satisfaction. Ricardo of Beverly Hills offers a 10 year limited warranty that their product is free of defects in materials and workmanship for ten years from the date of purchase. This 10 year limited warranty does not cover damage from abuse or mishandling by a common carrier such as an airlines. It does not cover the contents in your luggage if it is lost, stolen or damaged. If any airline, or cruiseline, etc., damages your bag, immediately file a claim directly with the carrier. Component parts, such as wheels, will show wear and use over time and may need to be repaired or replaced. This normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty. If a defect in material or workmanship occurs within the ten year period, IZOD by Ricardo of Beverly Hills will repair or replace it (if it cannot be repaired) at their option. You will need to write or call their customer service department explaining the defect and you'll need a copy of your dated proof of purchase. They will send you a confirmation with a claim number. You will need to take or send the bag to their luggage repair location for evaluation, and they will require the claim number.
