Heys USA Luggage Warranty Information

Many of the Heys USA luggage is covered by their Lifetime "Live Life" Warranty which is a limited warranty. Some collections have a 7 year "life life" warranty. They have established a standard by providing funtion, quality and durability. Heys USA warranties that their products are free of defects in material and workmanship. Under the warranty, they will repair manufacturing defects at their expense, but you will be responsible for shipping charges. You will need your original receipt and warranty card. The warranty is limited to the value of the product. This warranty does not cover damage by a carrier, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, and excessive wear and tear. It does not cover damages or accidents by a common carrier such as an airline, cruiseline, hotel, etc. Be sure to place a claim with your carrier for any damages that may occur when traveling.
