Hartmann Luggage Warranty

Hartmann luggage has two different warranties covering their different collections. Their Absolute Assurance Guarantee covers the Belting leather luggage and business cases, and the Aviator business cases. It also covers the Tweed, Wings, Metropolitan and Intensity luggage collections. This guarantee went into effect on February 1, 2010. This guarantee covers any and all damages to your Hartmann in these collections. If an airline damages your bag, it is covered under this guarantee. All repairs must be sent to Hartmann to take advantage of this Absolute Assurance guarantee. You will be responsible for the shipping costs, and you will need your store receipt, and product registration or global receovery system registration. Not included are cosmetic wear, damage due to improper cleaning, lost or stolen bags plus contents and loss of time. You can contact Hartmann at 1-800-331-0613 or customerservice@pobox.hartmann.com. Hartmann Packcloth, Lite, Pirouette by Barbara Barry, Signature by Vera Wang, Travel brite, Luxe, Naturalist, Stratum, Essentials and Stuidio H Zoom are covered by the Quality Assurance Guarantee. This covers any problems that result from workmanship and defective materials. It does not cover damage resulting from abuse, neglect, improper handling or common carrier damage such as an airline. Hartmann will provide quality repairs at a reasonable cost, and you are responsible for the shipping charges under this guarantee.
