Fazzino Luggage Warranty

Fazzino luggage by Heys USA has their 7-year "Better Life" warranty. Heys USA warranties that their merchandise is free of defects in material and workmanship. They will repair or replace the luggage at their expense should a defect occur. This warranty does not cover damage that occurs while the product is handled by a third party including airline or cruiseline damage. It does not cover abuse or misuse, unauthorized repairs or neglect. Make a claim with the common carrier if they should damage your luggage. You will be responsible for shipping costs to the Heys USA repair station. You will need your original receipt. Heys USA also asks that you register your bag at the time of purchase at www.heysusa.com.
