Disney Luggage Warranty

Disney luggage is covered by a Heys USA 7 Year "better life" warranty. This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship only. Warranty repairs are done by Heys USA at their expense. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized repair, or damage by a common carrier. The warranty is limited to the value of the product itself. There are repair facilities throughout the United States, or you can send your case to Heys USA for repair. You are responsible for the shipping costs to the facility. You will need to provide the original receipt and the warranty card from the Disney luggage. If your Disney luggage is damaged by an airlines, cruiselines, hotel, etc., you will need to make a claim with the carrier. These damages are not covered under the Disney warranty. Additionally, surface marks are not covered by the warranty and are considered "wear and tear". Surface marks will in no way harm the durability or functionality of the Disney luggage.
