Britto Luggage Warranty

Britto luggage by Heys USA has a 7 Year "Better Life" warranty. This covers defects in material and workmanship. The warranty is limited to the value of the Britto luggage itself. If you need a warranty repair, Heys USA will repair the bag at no charge. There are repair locations throughout the USA, but you may still need to send your bag to an authorized repair center. In that case, you will responsible for the shipping costs. You'll need your original receipt and warranty card. The surface of Britto luggage is not 100% scratch proof, and may show wear. Think of the finish on your car! This will in no way alter the durability of the luggage, but is simply wear and is not covered by a warranty. The high gloss exterior is cosmetic only and surface marks will in no way alter the functionality or durability of the Britto luggage. Some marks can be removed with a soft damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. The warranty does not cover damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect, unauthorized reair, and common carriers. This means that when a third party such as an airline, hotel, cruiseship etc., damages the bag you will need to place a claim with them as this is not a warranty repair.
