Antler luggage has a ten year warranty. Some of their hangtags may still say "7 Year Guarantee", but that has been revised to the Ten Year Warranty. Antler luggage is just using the 7 year guarantee information hanging tags until they use them up! Antler luggage has been designed and manufactured to withstand the rigours of travel today. Antler luggage is extensively tested under their control system ISO 9001. Antler tests the wheels, handles, locks, and drop tests the luggage. All of the different collections from Antler luggage are covered under this same warranty. The Ten year warranty will cover repair or replacement of their luggage that is caused by defective workmanship and materials. This ten year warranty excludes mishandling by carriers. If your bag has been damaged by an airline or cruiseline, you will need to place a claim for damages. Many common carriers require claims to be made immediately, so don't wait until you get home! Place the claim at the airport, bus or train terminal, or the cruiseline port. The Antler ten year warranty provides for free repair or replacement with the the country of purchase, and via the original purchase point.
